Headwaters, Inc. Community Supported Living Services provides support to people living in their own homes or apartments. Supports can range from 24/7 assistance to weekly drop-ins.

These services are designed to maximize a person’s ability to manage everyday life activities in their place of living.  Through this program individuals grow to have more meaningful lives outside of their employment and day supports. Our community living services can help with:

Community Connecting

Headwaters, Inc. strives to help the people we support to become as connected to their community as possible. We also want the people we support to be valued members of their community. To achieve this goal, we assist people in finding:

  • Volunteer Opportunities
  • Social Clubs and Groups
  • Relationships with Others That Have Similar Interests
