Supportive Living Coach Fill-In Sub

(Part-Time 0-20 hours/week)

Headwaters Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer looking for a part-time Supported Living Coach as a fill-in sub in the Rhinelander Area to work 0-20 hours/week shifts include afternoons/evenings Monday – Thursday and or Weekend shifts

As a Supported Living Coach you will:

  • Earn $16.00/hour and receive Part Time Benefits
  • Assistance to allow people served to live more independently and happily in their homes by working with them to achieve their personal goals, e.g. healthy eating, exercising, or doing fun activities in their home
  • Assist with day-to-day needs (transportation, cleaning, bathing, preparing meals, medical appointments, etc.)
  • Go with people serving in the community to do activities (Shopping, Special Olympics, movies, etc.)
  • Provide encouragement and coaching to people who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits.
  • Write documentation about the support you provided during your shift.
  • Work with a variety of needs including medical, behavioral, and mental health supports.

Community/Production Coach Combo Position

(Rhinelander 16-20 hours/week)

Headwaters Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer looking for a part-time Community Coach at our Rhinelander location in our Day Services and Production Programs to work between 16-20 hours/week.

As a Community/Production Coach, you will:

  • Earn $15.50/hour and receive Part Time Benefits
  • Access and engage in community resources and activities with participants
  • Help participants build confidence, independence, and a sense of community
  • Use exploration and discovery methods to identify and build skills and interests
  • Build community membership and help facilitate interactions and friendships
  • Help make participants life meaningful to them
  • Go with participants in the community to do activities (Shopping, Libraries, Volunteer Opportunities, bowling, movies, etc.)
  • Provide encouragement and coaching to people who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits
  • Write documentation about the support you provided during your shift
  • Work with a variety of needs including medical, behavioral, and mental health supports. 
  • Assist with coordination and training of participants in the Work Services Program.
  • Help participants build confidence, independence, and job skills
  • Build skills to resolve work related problems or difficulties.
  •  Help participants on a variety of jobs on the production floor to develop the skills necessary for competitive employment.
  • Assist with job set up. Job procedures, task analysis, and time studies.
  • Provide encouragement and coaching to people who are working to develop work skills & habits
