Janitorial Cleaner - Supervisor

 (12 hours/week)

This supervisor will clean apartment buildings in Rhinelander, Minocqua, Phelps, Land O Lakes and Woodruff locations.

This supervisor will be working alongside people with disabilities, 2 days per week (12 hours) doing specialized cleaning.

As a Janitorial Cleaner Supervisor, you will:

  • Position starts at $22.00/hour No Weekends
  • Drive the work vehicle provided for your shift to assigned facilities
  • Use approved methods and materials for cleaning the facilities
  • Vacuum and Mop Floors
  • Stock Toilet Paper and Paper towels in Restrooms
  • Clean Restrooms and Break Areas
  • Take Garbage to the dumpster
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations of the agency, including maintain confidentiality of information

Community Coach

 (Rhinelander 10-28 hours/week)

Headwaters Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer looking for a part-time Community Coach at our Rhinelander location in our Day Services Program to work between 10-28 hours/week.

Community Coach: Starting at $17.00/hour and would receive Part Time Benefits

As a Community Coach, you will:

  • Provide encouragement and coaching to people with disabilities who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits in the community. You will go with participants in the community to do activities such as shopping, going to the library, volunteer opportunities, bowling, bingo, movies, etc.
  • Build community membership and help facilitate interactions and friendships
  • Provide encouragement and coaching to people who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits
  • Write documentation about the support you provided during your shift
  • Work with a variety of needs including medical, behavioral, and mental health supports.

Supported Living - Fill In Position

(Rhinelander 8 - 40 hours/week)

Headwaters Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer looking for a Fill-In Supported Living Coach in the Rhinelander Area to work fill-in 8 hour shifts up to 40 hours /week.  Flexible hours with shifts from 6am-2p, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.

Starting at $17.00/hour with a pay differential for fill-in, overnight, and weekend shifts.

As a Fill-In Supported Living Coach you will:

  • Provide support to one 24-hour care person living in their home to allow them to live more independently. This includes assistance with day-to-day needs (transportation, cleaning, bathing, preparing meals, medical appointments, etc.) and doing activities in the community.
  • Provide encouragement and coaching to develop daily living skills & healthy habits.
  • Write documentation about the support you provided during your shift.
  • Work with a variety of needs including medical, behavioral, and mental health support.
