2009 Personal Achievement Award - Posted 20 October, 2009 by admin
Headwaters is requesting nominations for their 2009 Personal Achievement Award. This award will honor an individual who has overcome a significant barrier to employment (this could be a disability or social/economic barrier) and demonstrates outstanding personal achievement in the work place and in the community. The recipient of this award will be honored by the Headwaters Board of Directors at a special celebration in December, 2009. If you would like to nominate an individual for this award, please contact Headwaters, Inc. by calling 715-369-1337 or email kjackson@headwatersinc.org to request a nomination form. Nominations must be received by November 1, 2009.
